Your users’ data is safe with Nodeo. Our approach is simple: we only process the email address (anonymised for lookups) and marketing consent. We don't actually collect or see any other form submission data.
- The data we process (anonymised emails) is securly stored on AWS in the EU.
- Email addresses are anonymised before storing for added protection.
- We don’t store any personal data from your forms in our databases.
- You decide where the data is stored, i.e. Webflow, and your other tools, CRM, etc.

In Nodeo, a 'step' is simply a single question, or a small group of related questions, that you want to present to your website visitor in one go. Nodeo forms are all multi step forms, so Instead of one long, overwhelming form, Nodeo helps you break it down into easy, unique, bite-sized steps. You create these steps in Nodeo, set the order you want them to appear, and on which forms,.
What happens if a user completes all my steps?
This is the dream, all that data! If a user has completed all of the steps that you have created you have two options. 1. Leave it as it is and the next time they visit the website they will only be asked for their email address and nothing more. 2. Upgrade your account and add additional steps so that you can continue collecting data on your users.
Is Nodeo hard to set up?
Not at all. We've made setup as simple as possible, even creating a dedicated Webflow app (coming soon) for a faster, easier experience. Simply create your desired steps and set their order directly in Nodeo. From there, copy our small code snippet into your Webflow project, then connect your form steps using our custom attributes, and you're done! Of course, if you ever need a hand, we offer a comprehensive knowledge base with videos, or you can easily reach out via the support form right within Nodeo
Do you charge extra for adding more users?
No! Running a business can be expensive enough without having to pay just to get your team in there. We do not charge extra for having additional users added to your account. This means you can add your entire team, Webflow partner, or anyone else without paying more. At the moment we have one user level but will be adding more in the future. So add as many people as you would like, even during the free trial. Enjoy!
Do I have to design my Webflow forms in Nodeo?
No, Nodeo forms are 100% Webflow forms that Nodeo connect to, meaning you can keep your original designs and classes. However, the forms will need to be multi-step in order to facilitate the progressive profiling functionality. We will provide some templates and guidance on best practices for these for those who need it.
What is a session?
A session is simply a single visit to a page on your website where the Nodeo snippet code is active. This allows you to track your form conversions right from the moment a visitor lands on the page, through their interactions with the form, and whether they complete it or abandon it. Each time a visitor lands on a page with the snippet, the Nodeo code is activated, counting as a single session.
What is progressive profiling?
Progressive profiling is a smart way to gather information about your website visitors gradually, over form submissions, instead of asking for everything all at once. It makes forms less daunting and more user-friendly. Example: Imagine a new visitor fills out a form on your website. Instead of asking for their name, email, company, and job title all in one go, Nodeo helps you break it down. On their first visit, you might just ask for their name and email. The next time that same visitor returns, Nodeo remembers what they've already told you. So, instead of asking for their name again, your form can now present a new, relevant question, like their company size or industry. This process allows you to build a rich, detailed profile for each visitor over time, without frustrating users with repetitive or multiple questioned forms. It means higher form completion rates, better data for you, and a much smoother experience for your customers.
How will the free trial work
Our free trial will last for 14 days and will give you unlimited access to all of the features within Nodeo. You will be able cancel your free trial at any time and we will even send you a notification to remind you when the free trial is about to end. Once a free trial has ended, you will automatically move onto the plan that you have selected and be charged with the card of your choice. You will be able to upgrade your plan, cancel it, or downgrade at any time. Billing periods work on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. You can also change these at any time and your new plan will start at the end of the current billing period.
Will there be an early bird offer?
Yes! We are currently putting together an exciting early bird offer that for a limited number of early adopters of Nodeo. We don't want to spoil too much just yet, but it will be a significant reduction on the pro plan price, and you will be locked into that price indefinitely for as long as you are a Nodeo member.
